Review of Localiza Rent A Car S/A

worst rental company ever! in all brazil, noone from the staff was speaking english. Paperwork for taking and delivering the car was slow. Ridiculous check of the car which took 10 minutes to complete and on top of that they have charged us 25 reais for washing the car!! The car was in perfect condition and the 600 reais we paid for the total rental was not enough for them to wash the car?? Definitely not going back there again and i will make sure not any one i know will go as well.
